Alamo Beagles is among the top beagle breeders in the world. We have bred more than 100 show champions.

Elaine and I established Alamo Beagles almost thirty years ago. Our first dog was Ch. Jamboree Sweet William and first bitch was Ch. Jamboree Sunflower. The male Ch. Jamboree Sweet William was the top beagle in the nation in the late '70s and early '80s.

In the early '80s, we acquired show puppies from the Lanbur Kennel in North Carolina. By crossing the females we obtained from Lanbur Kennels with the breeding sons of Ch. Jana Yankie Doodle Dandy, we were able to produce the beautiful show beagles that are now known as "Alamo Beagles."

Alamo Beagles has a world-wide following. We are regularly contacted by potential owners from all over America, Asia, and Europe because of the quality of our dogs and puppies. We continue to actively participate in dog shows and breed show quality puppies.
